Ayman Rizk
Ayman is 9+ years experienced HR professional, worked in 3 multinational organizations including the United Nations World Food Programme, The Book Depository (An Amazon Company), Sutherland Global Services and Geidea. Ayman has very good practical and theoretical experience in almost all HR functions including, National and International Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits and other HR Administration and Strategic related tasks. He worked in both private sector and non-profit organizations sector too.
He is an MBA holder specialized in Global Management and holds a diploma in Human Resources Management certified from Notting Hill College, UK and certified as a Professional in Human Resources Internationally (PHRi) certified from Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), USA. Ayman delivered several training sessions in different countries and has worked as part of the organization alignment team or corporate restructuring team in Egypt, Turkey, Tajikistan, Mozambique and Syria. Ayman was also assigned as a Local Process Expert ( LPE) for 10 countries all over the region in his work at WFP to train them on the new E-Recruitment software and he trained HR focal points in Egypt, Iraq, UAE, Armenia, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Turkey, Tunisia and Libya. Ayman always believes that people deserve to afford a good life, enhance their skills and boost their career development and this can be easily done by good coaching and training. |
